2. What is the Pre-Sale?

The Pre-Sale starts 10 days before we open and ends on Grand Opening day.

• Pre-Sale: $40/month for life

• After Opening: $50/month

• All memberships are month-to-month — no contracts, cancel anytime.

3. Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause at any time (college, travel, etc.). No charges while paused, but you won’t have gym access until you reactivate.

4. What are the gym hours?

• Mon–Fri: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Sat & Sun: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

5. What are the age requirements?

• 13–15: parent/guardian must accompany.

• 15–17: waiver signed by parent/guardian.

• 18+: full access.

6. Do you offer group classes?

No — our focus is strictly bodybuilding and strength training.

7. Do you offer day passes?

Yes — $15/day.
